Peter is the majestic bird of the woods. 
 
How beautiful is this bird and who knew the amount of colours a pheasant has, from blue to gold, yellow and white!  I certainly had no idea until i started creating him!
 
Made using a fine Merino sheep wool and felted onto a stone coloured felt backing. Peter is one creation that took me the longest to achieve of around 23 hours. Blending of each of the colours to try and get as realsitic picture as possible.
 
This bright and cheery pheasant is the perfect farmhouse decor and is displayed in a grey box frame 17" x21" to avoid any squashing of those exquisite feathers.
