All large portrait purchases are sent out 2-3 working days after purchasing using tracked Parcel Force
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Country Creations From The Barn, I understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations. That's why i have a clear and straightforward return & exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind. If you're dissatisfied with a product, I have got you covered.
If you're not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 4 days or receiving the item; however, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Please note that if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be liable for any loss in value.
Additionally, commissions are non-refundable and non-returnable as they personalized for each individual.
